Dr. Shalona McFarland is a second generation chiropractor from Grand Junction, Colorado, USA. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado Mesa University in 1992, and spent the next three years doing her premed schooling.

She graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 1999 with her doctorate in chiropractic and acupuncture with extra training in animal chiropractic as well. She had a thriving practice of 25 years in Grand Junction until she was called to the Philippines to serve the people and animals in the country.
She is an avid climber, dancer, martial artist, horse and dog trainer, and has greatly enjoyed taking up scuba diving since moving to the Philippines. She is also a published author, quilter, and a reverend.

She left 3 adult children, her brother and her parents in Colorado to serve the Philippines, and a lot of unhappy patients, but now she enjoys a whole new set of people to help educate about chiropractic care and its benefits, and nutrition, acupuncture, and animal care as well.
